We’re excited to announce that Changemakers Association is hiring (for the first time!).

We’re looking for a Community Ninja !

Does making a difference in the Social Entrepreneurship ecosystem light you up? Are you eager to be part of something bigger, and use your talents to support a growing community of Changemakers ?

Become our Community Ninja if you…

  • Are a natural connector. You love making people feel comfortable with one another, and you often see opportunities or spot connections that others would miss.
  • Are comfortable in Facebook Groups. You understand the technology (maybe you’ve even run your own group!), and most importantly you understand how to make a digital community feel engaged (aka how to be human online).
  • Love copy writing. You have a talent for writing in a way that feels conversational, authentic and natural… with a glimpse of humour here and there. Writing doesn’t take you too much time and you really enjoy it. In fact, people can feel the smile on your face as they read your words 😉 You already know how to use WordPress (or you are happy to quickly learn the basics on your own and on your own time).
  • Are already using Active Campaign and/or Mailchimp. Newsletters will be part of your responsibilities, and so it is important that the technology around it feels easy to you (or that you’re happy to learn on your own and on your own time ;)). Experience in managing several lists, and split testing (to improve open rates and click rates) is a plus.
  • Emailing is your jam. You are super great at following up and making sure everyone is engaged (and you’re always happy to clarify when questions come your way!). In fact, you love designing procedures to make email follow up efficient and fun.
  • Are a procedures fan. You’re super organized, and you love to take a step back from time to time in order to find ways to improve internal processes. Experience working with Asana is a plus.
  • Love attention to detail, while being super fun to work with! You love to go above and beyond in everything that you do… and although you may be a recovering perfectionist, you are flexible and understanding with others, and you love creating a nice ambiance with your co-workers (even from a distance!)
  • Are a doer. You don’t mind repetitive tasks, and you just love to get things done. You like when things move fast and you’re not scared of growth and the extra work it may represent. In fact, you’re craving it ! You even come up with new ideas of things to do – while being super conscious about the importance of focus and priorities in order to reach certain milestones and goals. We’ll give you space to take initiatives, however please keep in mind that we are looking for a Doer, more then a Creator / Starter.
  • Are 100% passionate about Changemakers Association’s mission, and the overall idea of making a difference in the Impact Entrepreneurship space !


The position is part time : we’re looking for an initial commitment of 5 to 8 hours per week. The compensation will grow as your time spent does (starting at $320-$510 USD per month – depending on work load) – with a view towards expanding the role to 2 – 3 days a week within the next 12 months.

We are a remote team, and so you can work from the comfort of your own home, your favorite co-working space, or moving from one location to another if that’s your thing 😉 We usually have a weekly team meeting, and the rest of the time you can organise yourself as you please.
